Aleksander considers himself as an international; originally born in Poland, but also living in Germany, Belgium and now London. Taking the International Baccalaureate and graduating in Belgium, he got accepted to Imperial College London and is currently a second year Chemical Engineering MEng student. He has had plenty of experience and qualifications in a variety of STEM subjects. This means he is able to tutor most levels up to university entrance exams. In high school, he was part of the National Honour Society, where he voluntarily tutored younger students and also students in his year. In addition, Aleksander has also taught drum lessons. Aleksander is also trilingual and can teach other skills, such as time management or creating personal statement for your universities.
Aleksander has helped out multiple students of varying nationalities and ages to succeed in their exams. He looks forward to meeting new students and helping them reach their highest potential, using a tutoring style adjusted to their needs. Aleksander takes on a holistic approach to tutoring. He tries to encourage the students’ learning through engagement and improvement, while also making the subjects fun and motivating. By identifying the student’s areas for improvement, their strengths and learning styles, Aleksander can personalise his tutoring style for every student, so they can make the most of it.
Besides academics, Aleksander also has several hobbies that he enjoys and is very passionate about. He has been drumming for over twelve years now, performing at a variety of live and studio events in rock bands, jazz bands, and orchestras. He also runs a drumming YouTube channel, where he posts his performances and drum covers. To complement his drumming, Aleksander also enjoys videography and photography; he has done a variety of different paid and voluntary photoshoots and videos. Lastly, he is also very into athletics and has been on running teams since 8th grade, being the team captain of varsity cross country in his high school during his last two years. Alexsander speaks French and Polish fluently.
